What drives me and why I am so passionate about RTT®
RTT® is a method that helps to ease challenging emotions and change habits in a fast, effective, and lasting way.
I used to smoke myself. I started as a party smoker and went on to smoke every day for 7 years, from dusk till dawn. I know what it’s like to smoke, and I also know what it’s like to become smoke-free through RTT®.
We don’t need nicotine patches or pills to quit smoking. Nor do we need to fight daily battles against the thoughts of smoking. Instead, it’s about understanding how the mind works and learning how to let it work for us.

My mission is to help you realise that you are incredibly powerful, that you already have amazing coping skills, and that you are in control — the control of your thoughts and therefore of your habits, such as smoking.
True freedom begins and ends with your thoughts. Once you have control over your thoughts, you are free — anytime, anywhere.
Your thoughts shape your perception and your experience of life, both internally and externally. They arise from your experiences and your conscious and subconscious beliefs. When you change your thoughts, your perception shifts — and ultimately, your entire life transforms.
